Stray Dogs and Animal Control

Since FOSCAS is no longer under contract with the county to manage the dog shelter, no phone calls reporting stray, lost or abused dogs should be left on our office number.

Please call the Sheriff’s department directly at 607-535-8222. Messages left at the shelter or at FOSCAS’ administrative offices regarding stray dogs may not be able to be forwarded to the sheriff’s department immediately.
